This van is now sold.
It also went with heavy duty Hayman Reece tow hitch and ride levellers (suitable for Holden, Ford, Mitsubishi 380, Prado or any other vehicle with a suitable tow bar) which significantly improved handling and stability and a "walkie wheel" to make it a one person job to move it around.

There were no surprises, the canvas was A1 and much thicker than the average camper, it also looked great (& taut) when erected. The best thing about the Goldstream was that it was not Jayco. No staples, all screwed and extremely solid. There were absolutely no leaks and never have been. Only maintenance since purchase was replacement of all pulleys with metal ones and modification on draw bar to accommodate battery box and Jerry Can. Being a tandem axle it was approximately 1 metre longer (more room inside) than any other Goldstream Storm and the two axles smoothed the ride over potholes, railway lines and corrugations (less likelihood of contents moving in transit), when up and on site it was the same length as a 24' caravan. The internal wall to accomodate the shower meant that unlike all other campers of this design, there was no roof movement in windy weather and a permanent home for the TV  provided. It was the same colours and style as any Storm produced up until at least 2008.

I have towed this behind a ford, mitsubishi 380 and currently the prado. It is a dream to tow and handling and breaking is extremely good (4 wheel electric brakes), this van has never swayed. The low profile of the camper compared to a pop top or caravan means minimal wind resistance and less turbulance effect from passing trucks.

These pictures span all the years I have owned it and may do not show the modifications for battery box and jerry can, only one shows propeller plate front.
