The First Blog

Hey Guys, Chef Michael Castro here!! I am so glad I get to finally blog about things. The business is finally taking off so I thought this would be the best way to talk about how things are going. You know, as a chef I don't have a bunch of time on my hands; between working in the kitchen, tending to personal matters, and just goofing off, You will always find me doing something haha.

Let's just run through a quick update on the business. My first offical event is in december and boy am I ready. I think I have gone through everything at least a hundred times! I am nervous yeah, but I cannot wait to give someone an amazing food experience that they will nver forget. After helping this lovely couple come up with a menu, I realized that I needed to get these recipes in order quick. I hope that this blog will become something as a source to go to when you want great recipes that you know work, and learn how to cook.

I think that is what I truly want from this adventure; for people to learn and for me to teach. Ok, I won't overload you guys on this first blog. So here is where I leave you. See you at the next one.
